Wir sind mitten in den Vorbereitungen für die Wiedereröffnung. Es freut uns ausserordentlich, euch ab dem 11. Mai 2020 wieder in unserer Brasserie zu verwöhnen. Selbstverständlich werden auch wir uns an die Sicherheitsauflagen halten.
In der Zeit des Lockdowns haben wir es nicht geschafft, nur still zu sitzen und nichts tun. Wir haben einiges verändert oder aufgefrischt, erneuert oder angeschafft, ausprobiert und wieder verworfen... um in der Zeit nach dem Lockdown für noch mehr Gemütlichkeit, Wohlgefühl, Nachhaltigkeit und Qualität in unserem Restaurant zu sorgen.
Bei den Gerichten werden wir neu gleich drei wesentliche Produkte aus der Schweiz anbieten. So stammen die Crevetten aus schweizerischen Farmen im Baselbiet, der Lachs aus schweizerischen Gewässern im Bündnerland und das Lammfleisch von Schweizer Wiesen.
Die Vorfreude wieder für unsere Gäste da zu sein ist riesig!
